Manages service quality in the company or its department and ensures the quality of internal operations and adherence to service quality standards. The representative of this profession is also the deputy manager.


Main activities

• participates in the preparation of service quality policy, goals and quality indicators and is responsible for the implementation of annual activity plans and goals; 
• cooperates with other company departments on improving the quality of services provided, performs service quality audits and provides reports and recommendations; 
• manages the employees of the department, sets annual operational tasks and organizes qualification improvement;
• monitors the performance of the company and, if necessary, implements changes;
• manages the budget by ensuring expenditure control and ensures compliance with laws, regulations and other legislation
