Main activities

plans and organizes the variety and range of entertainment, adventure, cultural activities and sports and fitness programs offered by the institution; 
ensures the cleanliness and good condition of the premises; 
organizes performances of theater performances and groups and orchestras, revealing new trends and changes in art; 
advises on issues of provided services and events; 
promotes performances and publicizes activities.

Characteristic competences

create and manage a budget, control costs and ensures effective resource management; check and keep receipts for all cash payments, perform inventory checks; plan and directs routine activities; supervise and control the selection and training of employees; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
