Registers, systematizes and sorts information. Manages the letters received and sent in the institution. Transmits fax information, accepts it, distributes, sorts mail, collects and distributes parcels.


Main activities

• collects and processes information about addresses and contact data of clients and partners;
• creates and manages mailing lists, updates and checks existing lists;
• performs address and contact data analysis in order to ensure high data quality;
• ensures correctness and relevance of data, checks and corrects inaccuracies;
