Monitors products stored in warehouses for delivery to stores, wholesalers, and individual customers. Checks inventory and manages documents.


Main activities

* plan and organize the input and output of stock, based on the company's needs and warehouse capabilities;
* ensure that all warehouse operations, such as receiving, issuing, selling, returning, etc., are accurately recorded;
* ensure that there are sufficient stocks in the warehouses and that they are of high quality;
* prepare various reports that help company management track warehouse activity and make decisions;
* participate in regular inventory checks that help verify whether there are enough stocks in the warehouses and whether their quantity matches the accounting data.

Characteristic competences

* understand product turnover, warehousing process, and accounting principles;
* properly collect and neatly arrange data;
* use calculation programs, e.g., Microsoft Excel, R, SAS;
* analyze warehouse data and make decisions about the quantity of stock and purchasing;
* good communication and interpersonal skills.
