Monitors the schedule of passenger and cargo trains, seeks to identify the reasons for non-compliance. Responsible for ensuring the safety and legality of railway transport, by checking passenger and cargo vehicles, listening to passengers and resolving disputes.

Main activities

* evaluate the inspection of rail vehicles, including trains, to ensure safety and reliability;
* check passenger documents and tickets, sell tickets, and consult passengers;
* inform passengers about safety rules, transport order, and routes;
* resolve conflicts and disputes between passengers and drivers/cargo transport specialists;
* prepare and submit safety and quality reports to management.
