Ensures monitoring and control of compliance with the rules on the public road. Checks how drivers comply with traffic rules, the technical condition of vehicles, and also coordinates and solves traffic problems.

Main activities

• performs technical inspections and checks whether vehicles meet safety requirements;
• checks the competence and qualifications of drivers and other employees;
• ensures that passengers are transported safely, comfortably and in accordance with the rules;
• carries out ticket checks and audits, ensuring that passengers pay for their journey and that ticketing and accounting procedures are carried out properly;
• communicate with passengers - provide information and answer questions.
