* communicate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, supply chain, to achieve common goals and improve the results of the product group;
* monitor market changes and adjust the strategy to achieve projected targets;
* evaluate and monitor the activity of the product group, to determine the best ways to improve the product group's performance.
