Main activities

* in consultation with the government, establishes or approves and evaluates programs and procedures for implementing state policy directions;
* assists in coordinating and implementing issues related to improving the overall efficiency of state governance;
* provides consultation on the preparation of the state budget, laws, and regulatory documents, including their amendments;
* ensures appropriate systems and procedures for preparing, implementing, and monitoring the budget;
* oversees the review of documents and questions raised by state institution leaders.
