Leads the trade union (department) and represents the interests of its members, ensuring the implementation of strategic and daily operational goals.
Main activities
* set and develop the trade union's policy directions, rules, and regulation, and lead the planning and coordination of joint activities;
* represent the interests of members in legislative institutions, government, and society;
* provide proposals to state authorities and management bodies on the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulatory acts related to labor, economic, and social issues;
* ensure the proper preparation and implementation of systems and procedures for budget control;
* provide reports to the board of directors, management bodies, and trade union members;
* maintain relationships with trade unions and international organizations.
