Main activities

•coordinates international humanitarian aid and sets activity priorities; 
• leads the activities of the organization at all levels, including branches and project teams; 
•formulates and purposefully implements long-term and short-term strategic goals; 
•ensures effective communication with other humanitarian organizations, states and international institutions; 
•evaluates possible crisis scenarios and guides decision-making in crisis management situations.
