Organizes the planning of the financial and economic activities of the company, determines the financial resources and investment policy of the company, and controls the economical use of material, labor and financial resources.

Main activities

• determines the accounting policy, taking into account the structure and characteristics of the company's activities, selects the financial accounting system and accounting registers;
• manages the company's financial operations and ensures the rational organization of financial accounting and settlements of the company and its divisions;
• performs calculations and analysis of economic indicators;
• prepares the company's financial reports for tax and audit institutions;
• cooperates with the heads of all structural divisions of the company on matters of organization, financial and economic activity;
• evaluates the company's strategic plans from a financial point of view.
