The chief economist examines statistical data, analyzes trends, emerging markets, and works with economic mathematical models to ensure the company's economic sustainability by properly planning and using material and financial resources.
Main activities
* conduct research and develops economic theories for microeconomic or macroeconomic analysis;
* evaluate the company's financial situation and advise on product prospects, consumer needs, emerging markets, and tax policy trends;
* organize the collection, systematization, and processing of company data;
* prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans and prepare reports;
* perform calculations and analysis of economic indicators;
* prepare and provide analytical material to the general director, department and division managers.
