Main activities

* ensure the creation, maintenance, improvement, and implementation of company strategic plans;
* coordinate and control the execution of the strategic action plan and the annual operation plan;
* organize strategic sessions for company executives and employees;
* lead the work of the strategic planning department employees and set annual performance tasks;
* prepare statistical, periodic, and analytical reports for company and structural unit managers;
* represent the company in negotiations, public project discussions in seminars, events, and forums.
