The head of the general planning Department prepares comprehensive company general plans and coordinates their consistent implementation and improvement in each department or division.

Main activities

* ensure the creation, maintenance, improvement, and implementation of company general plans;
* coordinate and controls the execution of the general action plan and the annual operation plan;
* organize planning sessions for company executives and employees;
* lead the work of the general planning department employees and set annual performance tasks;
* prepare statistical, periodic, and analytical reports for company and structural unit managers;
* represent the company in negotiations, public project discussions in seminars, events, and forums.
