Main activities
* develop advertising strategies and plans and oversee their implementation;
* organize the advertising creation process, ensuring efficiency and goal achievement control, and perform result analysis;
* manage department employees, set tasks and goals, take care of their motivation and qualification improvement;
* maintain relationships with clients, consult them about the provided advertising services, form advertising proposals and perform competitive environment analysis;
* prepare and manage advertising budgets and ensure expenditure control;
* represent the company in negotiations, international exhibitions, conferences and forums.
