Main activities
* develop public relations strategies and plans and oversee their implementation;
* prepare information programs or reports for lawmakers, the media and the general public to inform about the company or organization's plans, achievements and attitudes;
* manage department employees, take care of their motivation and qualification improvement;
* consult management on crisis and conflict management issues and represent the company in the media at conferences and forums;
* prepare and manage the budget and ensure expenditure control.
