Performs the organization of livestock farming enterprises, creates annual and prospective development plans for livestock farming, takes care of livestock product production and prepares and implements rational livestock rearing systems.

Main activities

* form resources necessary for livestock production;
* organize the feed base, growth of gain, perform breeding work;
* consult on livestock rearing, diseases, feeding programs, and production increase issues;
* plan the size of the herd and reproduction, control the output and quality of livestock products and carry out zootechnical accounting;
* organize employees' work and set annual activity tasks;
* create and manages the budget and ensure cost control.
