Plans and directs the production of forest industry products. Organizes forest use employing modern technologies and coordinates forestry issues in implementing decisions of the state, municipalities, or other institutions in this area.

Main activities

* monitor product demand in the market and, considering the type of production, carry out the planning of forest industry products;
* prepare and manage the budget, perform production volume and cost monitoring, and ensure expense control, prepare financial and activity reports;
* ensure product quality and carry out monitoring of raw materials and goods residues;
* lead daily company production activities, take care of equipment and device operation and equipment maintenance;
* manage employees and set work tasks, ensure work control;
* represent the company in exhibitions, events, and forums.
