In the established order, controls the increase in forestation of a certain territory, forest arrangement, and landscape formation. Takes care of forest management and preservation, also responsible for monitoring the natural and economic viability of a forest area or forest.
Main activities
* coordinate forest management projects and control how forest managers and owners comply with these project requirements when using and restoring forests;
* determine restrictions on forestry activities in protected areas, the collection order of mushrooms, berries, nuts, medicinal herbs, and other forest products, and monitor compliance;
* coordinate the volume of main felling and monitor compliance with approved felling standards;
* predict measures for the protection of rare and endangered plants, fungi, animals, monitors their implementation;
* coordinate the locations and projects of drainage, public use roads, mineral deposits, communications, and other construction objects;
* control how forest land is converted into other uses.
