Coordinate and plan the production of aquaculture and fishery products in large aquaculture and fishery farms where fish, marine invertebrates, and other aquatic organisms are grown and harvested.
Main activities
* monitor the aquaculture and fishery market and plans production and fishing activities;
* prepare and manage the budget, ensure expense control, monitor production volume and costs, and prepare financial and operational reports;
* ensure compliance with contractual requirements, negotiate with buyers for the sale of products and caught fish, and create contracts with captains or owners of fishing vessels and aquaculture farms;
* supervise the activities of aquaculture and fishery workers;
* plan and coordinate activities such as the selection and supervision of fish sorting, accelerating fish growth and development, and finding ways to prevent diseases in fish;
* ensure the acquisition of machinery, equipment, and other necessary items.
