Oversees the operation of measurement devices and metrological research activities, including calibration, verification, alignment, repair, marking, sealing of measuring instruments, and prepares verification and calibration methodologies.

Main activities

* lead primary and periodic metrological verification of measuring instruments and laboratory equipment; conducts calibration, testing, and conformity assessments of electrical technological equipment and measuring instruments;
* are responsible for internal checks of measuring instruments, prepares measurement instrument verification schedules, and create measuring instrument verification methods;
* organize the purchase and repair of measuring instruments;
* lead team of metrologists, delegate tasks, and ensure a safe working environment;
* develop and manages the budget of the operation and ensure expense control.
