Ensures the quality of production and compliance with quality standards in the company or its division, and is also responsible for controlling the work and quality procedures of production facilities. The representative of this profession is also the deputy manager.
Main activities
• participates in the preparation of production policy and goals, determines production quality indicators;
• responsible for the implementation of annual activity plans and goals;
• cooperates with other departments of the company on improving production quality and performs product quality audits, as well as provides reports and recommendations to managers;
• manages the employees of the department and sets annual operational tasks, organizes the improvement of the qualifications of the employees;
• monitors the performance of the company and, if necessary, implements changes;
• ensures compliance with laws, regulations and other legal acts.
