Ensures the maintenance and repair work of the company's buildings and constructions and engineering systems (ventilation, refrigeration, heating, water supply, sewage, electricity) and manages them. The representative of this profession is also the deputy manager.

Main activities

• leads the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the long-term technical maintenance development strategy;
• coordinates periodic maintenance and repair works of buildings and engineering systems;
• organizes construction works, communicates with subcontractors and suppliers, supervises the execution of contracts;
• leads the work of the technical maintenance team, organizes daily activities and sets annual operational tasks;
• prepares and manages the operating budget, ensures cost control;
• is responsible for compliance with work safety and fire safety requirements
