Main activities

* plans, coordinates, and implements mining strategies, policies, and plans;
* collaborate with other mining executives to establish production quotas and plan mining locations;
* evaluate the efficiency of mining locations to determine the suitability of employees, equipment, and technologies, and oversee the acquisition and maintenance of new equipment and machinery;
