Main activities
* direct, supervise and control the daily execution of the project and collaborate with designers, contractors and coordinating institutions;
* create construction schedules and ensure their implementation control, prepare reports;
* ensure the supply of materials, equipment and effective use of them;
* create and manage the project budget and ensure expense control, to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget;
* coordinate the work of directly subordinate employees and set tasks for activities;
* monitor compliance with laws, regulatory technical requirements for construction, safety standards, and other legal acts related to building construction.
