Main activities

* lead employees of the cargo department, set operational tasks, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and on time;
* create and manages the operating budget and ensure cost control;
* ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and other legal acts governing transport and cargo transportation activities.
