Main activities

* implements the strategy and policy of midwifery services in the organization;
* manages the activities of midwives, fills in medical documentation, reports, schedules and controls the distribution and use of medicinal preparations;
* ensures the quality and control of the services provided;
* cooperates with other managers and employees in the organization to ensure that everyone is prepared and responds in time to situations;
* analyzes work organization problems and foresees measures and ways to solve them;
* develops and manages the activity budget and ensures expenditure control.
