Manages nursing staff and ensures that patients receive the highest quality services. Forms the nursing policy carried out in the institution's departments and divisions and coordinates the management of the nursing process in the institution.

Main activities

* develops and implements a strategy and policy for the provision of nursing services in the organization;
* plans and organizes the nursing service delivery process and prepares reports;
* manages nursing staff, creating work regimes and ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated;
* ensures that all necessary medical devices, drugs and other means are provided and available to patients;
* monitors the quality of nursing and health care services and collaborates with other health care specialists to ensure appropriate and consistent care for all patients;
* develops and manages the activity budget and ensures expenditure control.
