Main activities
plans menus, consults with head chefs and chefs;
plans and organizes special events;
organizes the purchase of goods within the set budget;
manages inventory and financial transaction data;
ensures that catering, kitchen and food storage facilities meet hygiene requirements, are clean and are suitable for operations.

communicate with customers, assess their satisfaction with food and service;
select employees, create work schedules, supervise the kitchen staff;
take reservations, welcome guests and help with taking orders;
negotiate agreements with customers and suppliers;
ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
