Plans, organizes and controls the services and activities of the cultural institution. Organizes and controls the work of the staff, manages the recruitment of employees. Responsible for the management, coordination and strategic development of the cultural institution, ensures quality provision of cultural services to the public. The representative of this profession is also the deputy manager.
