Investigates the physical properties of the Earth and performs physical measurements, conducts geological activities, determines the Earth's structure and composition, applies principles of gravity, seismic activity, and electromagnetism.
Main activities
* construct, test, adapt, and repair seismic equipment;
* perform field research or scientific research, collect information beyond the laboratory or workplace, visit sites, gather specific information about the area;
* transfer seismic devices to different locations, use seismometers, monitor recording devices, detect anomalies and deviations, process and understand both 2D and 3D seismic data;
* prepare seismology-related documents and work journals, compile tables and reports;
* provide recommendations and specific technical consultations on issues related to geophysical technologies, services, procedures, and measurements.
