Main activities

* conduct laboratory tests, obtain reliable and accurate data that underpins scientific research and product testing;
* perform mineral processing operations, separate valuable minerals from non-valuable rocks or limestone, oversee and implements the electrostatic separation process, which separates valuable materials from mineral ore;
* collect geological data, create geological maps, perform geochemical and geophysical technical measurements, collect digital data;
* analyze laboratory samples, use spectrometers, gas chromatographs, microscopes, microprobes, and carbon analyzers, determine the age and characteristics of environmental samples;
* accumulate and analyze scientific research data, apply qualitative and quantitative scientific research methods, maintain and oversee data in scientific research databases, support scientific research data reuse and understands the principles of open data management.
