Investigates the interaction of game animals with their habitat, their populations, protection, management and use. Provides a scientific basis for hunting. Understands the biology and ecology of game animals, hunting law, history, economics and planning of hunting, hunting techniques and technology.


Main activities

* account for hunted fauna, study the winter pastures of animals, assess natural feed resources and predict the abundance of forest animals and birds;
* prepare projects for breeding wild animals in enclosures, install and selects a location;
* inventory animal damaged stands, design biotechnical and forest protection from damage;
* provide hunting management data and prepare hunting plans;
* apply measures to projected hunting areas and consults.
