Responsible for project implementation, organizes the planning process, takes into account the commitments of the workers, financial capabilities, available labor force, materials and equipment, prepares a schedule for the work to be done.

Main activities

* conduct an assessment of the potential of a project, plan, proposal or new idea, analyze organizational documents, identify unforeseen needs and improvements that would support organizational development;
* adhere to laws and rules regulating specific activities;
* compare proposals, forms a contract, perform specific tasks within the specified time;
* plan, monitor the budget and submit reports;
* prepare work reports, document and keep records, present results and conclusions understandable to non-expert groups.
