Coordinates product preparation for packaging. Selects packaging materials and assesses product quality. Designs and manages technological processes. Organizes the activities of the packaging department.

Main activities

* determine work scope, evaluate samples, check equipment, allocate employees, prepare product for packaging;
* analyze employees, their work schedules and expenses, determine the optimal ratio of employees and equipment, select packaging materials and evaluate product quality;
* design packaging technological processes, organize and manage employees, introduce materials, device and equipment;
* prepare manufacturing technical conditions and materials, anticipate equipment, pipelines, material flows, capacity and layout of production and systems;
* establishe maintenance standards and policy directions, according to engineering principles and safety rules.
