Organizes and coordinates the shift work of transparencies. Implements production plans and ensures work efficiency. Responsible for the quality of production products according to established quality standards. Ensures effective use of production capacities and resources.

Main activities

* plan, coordinate production activities and manage them, ensure timely production of goods, of appropriate quality and composition;
* analyze and determine the advantages and disadvantages of problem-solving, conclusions or methods, identify and plan alternatives;
* lead process optimization, use statistical data, functional process control models, design experiments on the production line;
* create production schedules, maintain the company's cost, quality, service, and innovation ratio;
* ensure regular inspection of equipment necessary for operations for malfunctions, perform routine technical maintenance work, plan repair work.
