214404 - Lubrication engineer

Performs oil and grease monitoring, organizes the lubrication process, selects lubrication products and calculates costs. Creates lubrication schedules, consults other specialists. Supervises the lubrication system, compatibility and selection of oil greases, equipment for collecting – pouring oil and greases, utilization of oils and greases, collection of used oils.

Main activities

* prepare documentation for existing and future products, describe their functions and composition, constantly updates the documentation;
* review available lubrication products, select necessary products from various types of oil greases according to specification, consider impact and consumption efficiency;
* perform evaluation and standard testing of new products, make decisions;
* ensure compatibility of the lubrication system, oil greases and select so that the equipment, its operation and maintenance meet technical conditions and safety standards;
* consult specialists, supervise devices and conduct tests, ensure that they comply with technical specifications and safety standards requirements.
