Investigates and uses engineering technologies to solve agricultural problems, designs agricultural machinery and equipment, plans and supervises their production, installation and setup, provides technical recommendations for solving agricultural problems. Designs and drafts agricultural machinery and equipment drawings, prepares and supervises their production. Consults specialists, supervises devices and conducts tests, makes sure they comply with technical specifications and safety standards requirements.

Main activities

* perform the evaluation of a project or a new idea's potential, standard research, make decisions;
* perform engineering design testing under the most unfavorable conditions, use computerized engineering software;
* adjust the design of products or their parts so that they meet the requirements;
* transfer the final engineering project to the actual product production and assembly stage;
* prepare documentation for existing and future products or services, describe their functions and composition in an understandable way to a wide audience without technical knowledge, constantly updates the documentation.
