Ensures optimal paper and related products production process. Selects primary and secondary raw materials and checks their quality. Optimizes the use of machines and equipment, as well as chemical additives used for paper production.

Main activities

* obtain test samples at various stages of paper removal and recycling process, process samples, test them, determine pH level, resistance to tearing or degree of destruction;
* monitor all aspects of paper quality, thickness, transparency and smoothness, take into account specifications and prepares it for further processing and finishing processes;
* ensure the quality of recycled paper and fiber, remove sticky substances, plastics, colored, unbleached fibers, brightness and impurities;
* analyze and determine the advantages and disadvantages of problem-solving, conclusions or methods, plans alternatives;
* implement safety programs that comply with national laws and regulations, ensure compliance of equipment and processes with safety requirements.
