Responsible for the management and technical maintenance of buildings, premises, and other real estate, ensuring proper care and security of assets, as well as compliance with technical requirements.

Main activities

* oversees buildings and premises and ensures the maintenance of engineering systems within them;
* conducts evaluations of buildings and premises and prepares reports on their condition, required changes, and updates;
* controls the quality of ongoing construction, reconstruction, refurbishment, and repair work;
* coordinates and supervises necessary maintenance and repair work in buildings and premises;
* prepares defect lists, material write-offs, work performance records, and ensures proper materials management;
* collects, organizes, analyzes, summarizes information, and prepares reports.
