This includes other telecommunications engineers who are not named in the 2153 „Telecommunications engineers“ subgroup and who, perform scientific research work, design telecommunications systems and production work for equipment and manage them, are responsible for the use, maintenance and repair of these systems and devices. They investigate certain technological aspects of telecommunications engineering materials, products and processes and consult on these matters.

Main activities

* designs telecommunications devices, transmission centers, systems and devices
establishes production or installation methods, materials, quality and safety standards
designs communication networks, the basis of which are wired, optical and wireless communication tools;
* develops, installs and improves signal processing algorithms by appropriately selecting software;
* supervises the maintenance and repair work of existing telecommunications systems, engines and devices;
* analyzes customer needs and prepares proposals for the latest telecommunications technologies.
