Researches, designs and supervises the construction and development of buildings, urban spaces, infrastructure projects. Adheres to the legal acts applicable to the design. Implements multi-disciplinary projects, develops social structure and improves social urban planning projects.

designs and creates architectural plans and drawings; 
cooperates with clients, understands design needs; 
researches and selects suitable building materials and technologies; 
leads project implementation and teamwork; 
ensures that projects meet the requirements of safety, environmental protection and construction legislation.
