Visits localities, prepares land use and development projects and plans. Collects and analyzes land data, provides advice on the efficiency and security of development plans.

Main activities

conducts a feasibility assessment of a project, plan, proposal or new idea, a standard study based on detailed research, which is the basis of the decision-making process; 
analyzes and interprets reconnaissance data obtained from various sources, spatial photographs and laser measurement systems; 
recommends the best ways of using land and resources, advises on roads, schools, parks; 
determines data accuracy by comparing calculations with applicable standards; 
provides decision-makers, engineers, technical workers with expert knowledge of a specific field, especially related to mechanical or scientific topics.
