221202 - Doctor Resident {Specialty Residency}

On duty in hospitals supervised by senior attendants. With the written consent of the coordinator, they can work additionally as a doctor or hold those positions for which they have a certificate.

Main activities

* perform patient diagnosis and treatment, adhere to medical practice rules and protocols;
* participate in medical consultations with other medical specialists, determine the correct diagnosis and treatment plans;
* prepare medical documentation and reports, monitor patient health status and progress;
* participate in medical conferences and seminars, improve and learn new medical practice methods and technologies;
* consult patients and their families, help them understand the diagnosis and treatment.
