Influences civil servants, civil servants and other persons who, according to the procedure established by legal acts, participate in the preparation, consideration and adoption of draft legal acts. Aims for the adoption or non-adoption of legal acts in the interests of the client of the lobbying activity or the beneficiary of the lobbying activity.
Main activities
• receives from the state or municipal institutions and bodies information about draft legal acts being prepared according to the areas of legal regulation specified in the person's request to be included in the list of lobbyists;
• participates in the preparation and prepares draft legal acts in the manner prescribed by legal acts, provides suggestions and explanations regarding the content and preparation of draft legal acts;
• reviews and, on his own initiative, evaluates legal acts, draft legal acts, provides conclusions and comments on draft legal acts to clients of lobbying activities, beneficiaries of lobbying activities;
• explains to the public, convinces persons whom lobbying activities seek to influence, that it is expedient to adopt a certain legal act or not to adopt it, organizes public surveys regarding the adoption or implementation of legal acts;
• participates in meetings, hearings, consultations on the draft of the legal act organized according to the procedure established by legal acts, collects data and information about legislative procedures and provides them to clients of lobbying activities, beneficiaries of lobbying activities.
