Examines the case, interviews both parties and advises on the best solution for the parties. Listens to both parties, facilitates their communication and reaches a fair agreement. Resolves disputes, uses dialogue and alternative methods of resolution, does not initiate litigation and does not go to court. Ensures compliance of dispute resolution with the provisions of legal acts.


Main activities

• conducts negotiations on behalf of the client, examines the case in court, obtains the most beneficial results for the client, ensures compliance of all decisions with the provisions of legal acts;
• listens to the arguments of parties involved in disputes, clarify misunderstandings and lack of communication;
• advises private or public organizations on issues of conflict risk and conflict resolution methods related to identified conflicts;
• remains neutral and impartial, resolves parties' disputes in mediation cases;
• encourages countries to communicate with each other and share opinions about events, finds ways of cooperation.
