Examines the case, interviews both parties and advises on the way of solution that would be most beneficial to the parties, resolves bilateral disputes. Listens to both parties to facilitate communication and reach a fair agreement, organizes meetings.


Main activities

• conducts negotiations on behalf of the client, examines the case in court, obtains the most beneficial results for the client and ensures that all decisions comply with the provisions of legal acts;
• listens to the arguments of parties involved in disputes, clarify misunderstandings and lack of communication;
• advises on potential conflict risks and issues of monitoring the development of identified conflicts;
• advises clients on legal issues according to the need for legal services and the specialization of the lawyers or legal firm;
• remains neutral and impartial, resolves parties' disputes in mediation cases.
