Works with young people in their free time, seeks personal and social development of young people, working both individually and with groups, and has the necessary competencies for this work. Participates in a wide variety of youth-led or youth-oriented activities.

Main activities

• communicates with parents, schools and other persons responsible for the upbringing and education of young people in matters of youth behavior and well-being;
• uses verbal and non-verbal communication, communicates in writing, electronic means or drawings, adapts his communication, takes into account the age, needs, characteristics, abilities, preferences and culture of children and young people;
• prepares social projects for community development and active participation of residents;
• helps children and young people assess their social, emotional and identity needs, create positive self-awareness, increases their self-esteem and self-confidence;
• assesses various aspects of the developmental needs of children and young people.
