Ensures that public transport movement takes place according to the established order and approved instructions, takes all precautions to ensure passenger safety. Manages the work of service personnel.

Main activities

* checks each passenger's ticket and its validity, if the passenger does not have a ticket or it is invalid, the conductor imposes a fine or allows the passenger to buy a ticket;
* provides passengers with information about routes, ticket prices and other important travel features;
* monitors passenger behavior and ensures that everyone follows the established rules;
* performs financial accounting and submits reports to management;
* resolves conflicts that may arise between passengers, finds solutions that satisfy all interested parties and ensure smooth transport traffic.
