Performs grafting procedures, grows new plants with desired characteristics and improves the yield of fruit trees and shrubs.

Main activities

chooses suitable combinations of grafts and branches according to the plant species and specific purposes; 
performs vaccination procedures using various techniques; 
ensures that the plants are properly prepared for grafting and that there are suitable conditions for growth and root formation; 
monitors the condition of the plants after vaccination and takes the necessary measures if problems arise; 
provides advice and consultation on the care of fruit trees and fruit bushes, the formation of branches and the increase of yield.
